Neuropsychology of schizophrenic syndromes
The aim of the present study is to analyze the relationship between schizophrenia
and Theory of Mind. People affected by schizophrenia show difficulty in interpreting
the mental states of other people. Theory of Mind impairment could explain difficulty
in social interactions reported in people affected by schizophrenia. The Theory
of Mind models ensure a better comprehension of the neuropsychology of the deficit
in social interaction in individuals affected by schizophrenia.
