Immancabile è l’insonnia:
nuove prospettive sullo studio delle alterazioni del sonno nella depressione
You cannot go without insomnia: new perspectives about sleep disorders
in depression
Sleep disturbances in affective disorders are widespread and profound. Experimental
findings suggest that the relationship between sleep and mood disorders is not
merely an association of symptoms but has been founded on a common pathophysiological
pattern. The authors of this review summarize and comment clinical data and
experimental findings of the recent studies and disclose the results of some
researches in progress about the microstructure of sleep, showing the possible
developments in this fields.
